EPICURIAN DELIGHTS OF THE GASPÉ PENINSULA

The Gaspé Peninsula has gained a reputation as one of the most attractive tourist itineraries in North America. Its terroir is particularly appealing, for it offers an ample assortment of products and an interesting palette of artisans. Nature is at its most majestic and brings its diversity to the table with offerings from the land, the sea and the forest.
This wealth of epicurean delights will be served in tasty and original dishes created by Gaspé Chef André Lagacé; on this special occasion, Chef Lagacé will be paired with Chef Jérôme Ferrer of Europea restaurant who is renowned for his use of products of the Gaspé Peninsula. This promises to be a flavoursome and colourful evening: the Gaspé Peninsula beckons us, its land welcomes us.
Michel Lambert, notable ethnologist specializing in Québec cuisine, explains foods and their culinary influences in today’s lifestyles. Sommelier Benoit Lajeunesse will comment and introduce assorted wines for this evening’s feast.

Confirmation and Payment
You will receive an email 45 days prior to the event requesting that you confirm your reservation, and thus give other registrants an opportunity to attend our evening events. Should your payment fail to arrive at the requisite date, your registration will be cancelled.
Cancellation
